Kenneth William was born on December 19th, 1938.  Kenneth William's father was Joseph  Henry II Lowrey and his mother was Olga  Lucia Mueller.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph Henry Lowrey and Elizabeth (Bessie) Catherine Moore; his maternal grandparents were Karl Anton Mueller and Maria Barbara Stocker. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Joseph Henry III, Stephen Anthony, Elise , Mary, Bessie, Josephine Louise, Valeria  and Wanda.  He was the third youngest of the nine children.  He died due to a medical problem at the age of 48 on September 24th, 1987.
