Elise  was born on January 9th, 1927.  Elise 's father was Joseph  Henry II Lowrey and her mother was Olga  Lucia Mueller.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Henry Lowrey and Elizabeth (Bessie) Catherine Moore; her maternal grandparents were Karl Anton Mueller and Maria Barbara Stocker. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Joseph Henry III, Kenneth William, Stephen Anthony, Mary, Bessie, Josephine Louise, Valeria  and Wanda.  She was the oldest of the nine children.  She died due to a medical problem at the age of 64 on December 30th, 1991.
